A Master Planned Development in
North Bismarck

The Silver Ranch subdivision is a 1,200-acre development located in northeast Bismarck and is the brainchild of Chad Wachter and Jamie Schmidt of Investcore, Inc along with the Silbernagel family, long-time residents and owners of the Silver Ranch land. This group, assisted by a myriad of experts in their respective fields, has big plans for the development and are looking forward to expanding Bismarck’s footprint with their thoughtfully master planned development.

The planning of Silver Ranch has taken about 5-years. It was a joint collaboration between the Silbernagel family and Investcore. The master planned subdivision includes 2,800 single family homes and multifamily units, commercial plots, schools, as well as parks and trails. It is a project that has been meticulously planned and will roll out over the course of 25 to 30 years.
